Recognizing the need for a workspace overhaul to foster collaboration and productivity, our client, a prominent transport company, approached us with the desire to upgrade their office furniture. Their existing location in Burnaby became the canvas for our comprehensive solution.

Project Overview

Our project involved implementing an open office plan featuring workstation pods with a unique glazed low-height divider panel system.

We meticulously delivered and installed the new furniture over a weekend, ensuring minimal disruption to the client’s operations.

The project was executed with precision, allowing our client to step into a revitalized workspace on Monday morning.

Design Elements

Contrasting Aesthetics:
We carefully selected design elements, incorporating white worksurfaces and frosted privacy screens to create a visually appealing contrast against a sleek black metal open concept base. This aesthetic choice not only added sophistication but also contributed to a bright and airy atmosphere within the workspace.

Integrated Electrical Panel System:

Recognizing the importance of connectivity, our client opted for our integrated electrical system powered from pac poles. This innovative solution allowed power and data to be conveniently located at each workstation. The electrical and data components were cleverly concealed in troughs underneath each worksurface, maintaining a clean and organized appearance with no hanging wires.

Workstation Configuration:
The project included the installation of 24 workstations arranged into four pods of six. Each workstation featured our mobile box/file drawer pedestals, providing practical storage solutions.

Additionally, we furnished three private office spaces and a boardroom to create functional and aesthetically pleasing private areas within the office.

Ergonomic Seating:
Understanding the importance of employee well-being, our client chose our ergonomic seating for each workstation.

This investment in comfort and health contributes to a positive work environment, enhancing employee satisfaction and productivity.
