When a rapidly expanding food distribution company in Langley, BC needed to increase the capacity of their office space, we stepped in with a smart and stylish solution. Originally designed to support six employees, the client’s workspace needed to accommodate double that number—without sacrificing comfort or functionality.

Smart Space Planning with Benching Systems

Through thoughtful space planning and the use of a modern benching system, we transformed the area to support 12 full-size workstations, each offering a spacious 24” deep by 72” wide worksurface. This layout supports team collaboration while giving each employee a clearly defined personal space.

Seamless Weekend Installation

To ensure zero disruption to the client’s operations, we completed the removal and disposal of the existing furniture, delivery, and full installation over the weekend. By Monday morning, the team was up and running with a fresh, efficient workspace.

Modern, Functional Design

The new benching workstations feature:

  • White grainy worksurfaces paired with woodgrain drawer pedestals for a clean, modern look
  • Black metal open-leg bases for a sleek, architectural style
  • 20” high frosted glass partitions that maintain light flow while providing visual privacy
  • An integrated electrical system for streamlined power and cable management

This project highlights how modern office workstation solutions can support growth while enhancing design and functionality—perfect for growing teams and businesses.
