Office Workstation Solutions for Growing Businesses

Food Distribution Company – Langley, BC

When a rapidly expanding food distribution company in Langley, BC needed to increase the capacity of their office space, we stepped in with a smart and stylish solution. Originally designed to support six employees, the client’s workspace needed to accommodate double that number—without sacrificing comfort or functionality.

Smart Space Planning with Benching Systems

Through thoughtful space planning and the use of a modern benching system, we transformed the area to support 12 full-size workstations, each offering a spacious 24” deep by 72” wide worksurface. This layout supports team collaboration while giving each employee a clearly defined personal space. Integrated divider panels offer visual separation without isolating team members, fostering both focus and interaction. Cable management is neatly concealed within the benching system, keeping the workspace organized and clutter-free. This efficient use of space not only maximizes functionality but also maintains a clean, modern aesthetic that enhances the overall work environment.

Seamless Weekend Installation

To ensure zero disruption to the client’s operations, we completed the removal and disposal of the existing furniture and delivery with full installation of the new furniture over the weekend. By Monday morning, the team was up and running with a fresh, efficient workspace. Careful coordination with building access and on-site staff allowed for a smooth and timely execution. Our installation team worked efficiently to ensure every detail—from workstation setup to final cleanup—was completed to the highest standard. The result was a stress-free transition for the client, with no downtime and immediate usability come Monday morning.

Modern, Functional Design

The new benching workstations were thoughtfully selected to balance aesthetics and practicality, creating a cohesive and high-performing workspace. Key features include:

  • White grainy worksurfaces paired with woodgrain drawer pedestals, offering a clean, modern contrast that adds warmth and texture to the space
  • Black metal open-leg bases that introduce a sleek, architectural element while enhancing the sense of openness beneath each station
  • 20” high frosted glass partitions that preserve natural light flow across the workspace while providing visual privacy and personal boundaries
  • An integrated electrical system with accessible power and data outlets, ensuring seamless connectivity and reducing cable clutter

This project highlights how modern office workstation solutions can support growth while enhancing design and functionality—perfect for growing teams and businesses.
