Project Overview
For this space our client sought a modern, flexible solution that would promote collaboration and efficiency across their office. They opted for a benching system that combines flexibility with an open office design, providing a dynamic work environment.
Key Features
- Benching System: We implemented a benching pod configuration consisting of two pods: one accommodating six workstations and another with eight. This layout maximizes space utilization while providing an open and collaborative atmosphere.
- Integrated Electrical System: To support their operational needs, we integrated an efficient electrical system into the furniture setup, ensuring seamless connectivity across workstations.
- Design Cohesion: Maintaining consistency with their existing office aesthetics, we matched colors and styles to create a cohesive look across all spaces.
- Privacy and Light: Frosted glazing and partitions were strategically used to provide privacy in key areas while allowing natural light to permeate throughout the workspace.
- Private Offices: Four private offices, including two shared offices, were furnished using the same benching system. This approach not only enhances functionality but also maintains uniformity in design.
Furniture Specifications
- Tayco Scene Furniture: We utilized Tayco Scene furniture, known for its contemporary design and functional features.
- Worksurfaces: White worksurfaces complemented by a sleek black metal open concept leg design.
- Partitions: Frosted acrylic partitions, primarily 14″ high, were used throughout the open office to maintain light flow while offering subtle separation. In selected areas, 24″ frosted panels and modesty screens were included for added privacy.
By collaborating closely with our client, we successfully delivered a workspace solution that supports their operational goals while enhancing workplace aesthetics and functionality.
